Having completed a quick spin through three very different parts of Turkey, I headed to a fourth, Istanbul, for four days. To get a real taste of this city, you need to eat — and eat well, which is easier said than done. This is why I contacted the team at food blog Istanbul Eats and signed up for their Two Markets, Two Continents tour. Could I handle six hours of eating? God, yes.
