Earthquake measuring 6.2 shakes northwestern Turkey, Greek islands in Aegean Sea

ANKARA, Turkey – Turkey's seismology center says an earthquake with a preliminary magnitude of 6.2 has hit an area off Turkey's Aegean coast.
The earthquake was felt in Istanbul and neighboring regions, but there was no immediate report of any damage.
