Ankara Sparks Clashes Over Abortion

ISTANBUL—Turkey is seeking to curb access to abortion, triggering outrage from women's groups and opposition lawmakers, and threatening to widen a growing gap between secular voters and the country's governing conservatives ahead of efforts to overhaul the country's constitution later this year.
