Latvia provides assistance to Turkey in dealing with aftermaths of earthquake [08 Nov 2011]
On 8 November, the Cabinet of Ministers adopted the decision about allocating EUR 50,000 (LVL 35,140) for providing assistance to the inhabitants of the Republic of Turkey in order to deal with the aftermaths of the earthquake. The funding will be allocated from the state budget programme Funds for Unforeseen Events and transferred to the Turkish Red Crescent.
