Iraq may also tie up with the agreement signed between Azerbaijan and Turkey on plans to consider the building of a new gas pipeline, an adviser to the Turkish Energy and Natural Resources Ministry Salahaddin Cimen said speaking at the Oil and Gas Conference in Iraq.
