After ditching Turkey, Japan will resume talks on nuclear deal

Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda and Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan are said to have agreed on the resumption of talks for a nuclear cooperation pact between the two countries, a Japanese government official disclosed to media.
The two leaders made the agreement during the sidelines of the ongoing Group of 20 Summit in Cannes, France.
