ISTANBUL, Oct 9 (Reuters) - Kurdish activists were forced to abandon plans for a mass march on Sunday, as Turkish police blocked roads and turned away buses carrying protesters to a northwestern province where Kurdish militant leader Abdullah Ocalan is imprisoned.
