Sometimes, you go out to dinner because you’re too lazy to cook. At other times, you’re celebrating something and want a fine-dining experience that will make the moment a memorable one. Me? I eat out for an experience. The above reasons hold true, too, of course, but every time I embark on the exciting task of choosing where I’d like to for a meal, I find myself looking for not just good food and/or service but also a restaurant that can give me an experience, a thrill if you will, even in some small measure.
