Turkey decries assassination of Syrian Kurd leader

ISTANBUL (Reuters) - Turkey has condemned the killing of an ethnic Kurdish leader in Syria and warned President Bashar al Assad's government that violent suppression of the opposition "cannot turn back the course of history."
