Mutual loss of enthusiasm in Turkish-EU relations

Egemen Bağış, the Turkish Cabinet minister in charge of relations with the European Union, was almost teasing with the progress report issued by the European Commission yesterday. Bağış was saying that the EU was generous on the criticism side, but too tight on praising Turkey in the annual evaluation.
