Film fest gets the thumbs up from 'Satyajit Ray of Turkey'

While there is still a huge degree of uncertainty over which dignitaries will be gracing the inaugural ceremony of the Kolkata Film Festival, the authorities have got the confirmation of the presence of Turkish director Nuri Bilge Ceylan. The director's "Once Upon a Time in Anatolia" was awarded the Grand Prix at the 64th Cannes Film Festival.
