Little Turkish Village part of Orléans for 21 years

Little Turkish Village restaurant owner Willie Chan recently celebrated 21 years in business on St. Joseph Boulevard. Despite his Chinese background, the former Hong Kong police officer has mastered the art of Turkish cooking through study and a two-month trip to Turkey to learn the intricacies of Turkish food.
EMC News - From a cop in Hong Kong to a chef in Orléans, Willie Chan celebrates 21 years at the Little Turkish Village Restaurant.
Chan, born in China, has cooked traditional Turkish recipes in his St. Joseph Boulevard restaurant for two decades, and customers appreciate his efforts so much they contact community newspapers to sing his praise.
