JERUSALEM, Sep. 14 (Xinhua) -- Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was expected to assemble his forum of eight ministers on Wednesday to discuss the diplomatic fallout with Turkey and its plans to launch a legal campaign against Israel.
