"Former Kurdish legislator Leyla Zana hoping to make comeback in Turkey's June elections

ANKARA, Turkey - Leyla Zana, a Kurdish rights activist and former legislator who spent a decade in prison convicted of links to Kurdish rebels, is hoping to make a comeback to Turkey's parliament.
A main Kurdish political party said Sunday it will back Zana and 60 other Kurdish politicians in the country's June 12 parliamentary elections. They include six politicians who are currently in jail, charged with links to the Kurdish rebels."
