The Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office has made a non-jurisdiction decision regarding the coup investigation based on the so-called “Coup Diaries” and returned the files to its Istanbul counterpart Friday. The Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office sent the file to Ankara with the same decision last year."
