Retail shoppers in Turkey are different from those in The Netherlands, a prominent Dutch shopping center developer has learned to his dismay.
For one thing, men do most of the shopping in Turkey. Few women drive cars. And the bazaars are where men and women have flocked to for ages to haggle and purchase items for the home and elsewhere."
