"Turkish Central Bank Keeps Interest Rate Unchanged Citing Production Lull

Turkey’s central bank kept its benchmark interest rate at a record low after inflation eased to its slowest pace this year and consumer confidence declined.
The central bank in Ankara left the one-week repo lending rate at 7 percent, according to an e-mailed statement today. That matched the estimate of all 12 economists in a Bloomberg survey. The bank will release minutes of the meeting within eight working days."
