ISTANBUL, Aug 20 (Reuters) - Turkish stocks and the lira were flat on Friday and bond yields hovered near 10-month lows a day after the central bank left its key interest rates unchanged as expected.
The lira IYIX= was trading at 1.5090 against the dollar on the interbank market, while Istanbul's main share index .XU100 was off 0.01 at 58,844.35."
