"Revenue at Istanbul hotels falls modestly
Hotels in Istanbul, Turkey's largest city and major commercial hub, proved more resilient to the global financial crisis last year compared to hotels in Europe with less loss per room, according to international consulting and accounting firm Deloitte.
On average, the loss per room in Europe was 16.7 percent, while it was just 3.5 in Istanbul, Deloitte said in a report Wednesday."
