It seems that the public stir created by the wiretapping scandals in Turkey will continue for a long time.
* Scandals fall into two categories: In the first, phones are tapped illegally and openly. In the second, we face legal problems stemming from legal eavesdropping under a court decision. A big part of wiretapping in the second category seems to be appropriate, but problems at times seem to occur with the bending of rules or violation of boundaries."
