"Turkey cancels nuke plant tender

ANKARA, Turkey - Turkish energy officials say they have canceled a tender to construct the country's first nuclear power plant.
The Friday decision by the state electricity company comes after a court recently ruled against the tender's pricing and the location of the proposed plant. A Russian company was the only bidder."
