We have three more weeks left to the Copenhagen Climate Summit organized by the United Nations. Two days ago, I attended a conference in Istanbul titled “Climate Change, Global Threats and Low Carbon Prosperity on the Way to Copenhagen,” sponsored by the Turkish Parliament. Environment and Forestry Minister Veysel Eroğlu was there too. Turkey signed the Kyoto Protocol on Aug. 29. What kind of a policy will it follow at the summit?"
