"Istanbul To Host International Short Film Festival In November
ISTANBUL (A.A) - 03.11.2009 - Istanbul is set to host its 21st International Short Film Festival between November 5 and 11.
The festival will open at a ceremony at the French Culture Center and nearly 200 short films will be screened in the one-week event, which is sponsored by the Turkish Culture Ministry."
