ISTANBUL, Oct 15 (Reuters) - Turkey's unemployment rate fell to 12.8 percent in the three months to August, according to official data on Thursday, showing a slight improvement from 13 percent a month earlier.
Youth unemployment remained high at 23.2 percent, down from 23.7 percent a month before but up from 18.9 percent a year earlier, the Turkish Statistics Institute said. "
