"Turkey seeks Qatari investment in energy

The Peninsula reported that Mr Taner Yildiz Turkish minister of energy and natural resources called for Qatar’s investments in its energy sector.
Mr Taner Yildiz said that we would like to see investments from our Qatari brothers into the Turkish energy sector. We attach great importance to Qatar’s experience in the field of energy. He said that Turkey energy consumption increases 6% per year which will require some USD 100 billion additional investments in the next 15 years."
