Shares in Turkey's Dogan Yayin Holding AS fell more than 10% Tuesday, on news overnight that the government had rejected collateral the company offered against a bill for 4.8 billion Turkish lira ($3.3 billion) for alleged unpaid tax penalties, and put a lien on Dogan assets."
