"EU MEMBERSHIP TOP STRATEGIC TARGET, TURKISH FOREIGN MINISTER SAYS
BERLIN (A.A) - 21.06.2009 - Turkish foreign minister has said membership to the European Union constituted the top strategic target of his country.
'Turkey's EU membership bid is not only an issue of foreign policy but it is and will remain as our most important strategic target,' Ahmet Davutoglu told German weekly Der Spiegel's Sunday edition."
