"Turkey Wants To Use Water As Peace Envoy, Minister

ISTANBUL - The Turkish minister of environment said on Saturday that Turkey wanted to use water as a peace envoy.
Turkey's Minister of Environment and Forestry Veysel Eroglu said that Turkey was willing to use water as a peace envoy.
'It is Turkey's goal to use and share water fairly, and serve it to the use of entire humanity,' Eroglu said during a water forum in the Turkish province of Istanbul."
