Jan. 19 (Bloomberg) -- Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan sought to put fresh momentum into his country’s bid to join the European Union, blaming opposition in Europe for snagging the three-year-old talks.
Playing up Turkey’s role as an energy transit country and bridge between Europe, Asia and the Middle East, Erdogan urged European leaders to work faster to usher Turkey into the bloc."
