"Turkey offers to help Palestinians reconcile
ISTANBUL, Turkey (AP) - Turkey's envoy to the Middle East says his country is prepared to mediate reconciliation talks between Palestinian factions.
Ahmet Davutoglu says the Hamas militant group and the Fatah Party of moderate Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas must reconcile in order for there to be a lasting solution to the conflict in the Gaza Strip."
