On Monday, the envelope containing the only bid for the construction of Turkey’s first nuclear power plant will be opened at the Energy Ministry. The bid was submitted by a consortium led by Russia’s state-run Atomstoryexport, together with Inter RAO and Turkish Park Teknik, the Turkish daily Hurriyet reported."
