Istanbul. Commenting on the height risk of earthquakes in Turkey, deputy First Minister of Public Works Sabri Erbaccan remarked that at the present moment about 85% of the buildings in Istanbul are illegally constructed, the online edition of Turkish Zaman newspaper reports."
