"Tata Motors is coming to Turkey
Putting itself on the map by buying Jaguar and Land Rover, Indian Tata announced it will manufacture its Xenon pickup trucks in Turkey. The second Tata behemoth will be made by Isotlar Group with an investment of $12m. Isotlar Group will make 5 thousand vehicles for the first stage at the plant that is planned to be constructed in Adana.Automotive giant Tata Motors acquired the British Jaguar and Land Rover from Ford last March for $2.3m, and it decided to begin manufacturing its truck line in Turkey in March 2009 after its plants in Thailand and Russia."
