Netex (Net Express) Ltd. (TASE:NTX) has signed an memorandum of understanding (MOU) with a Turkish company to set up a joint venture that will provide a Turkish-language version of Netex's customized online and cellular advertising services. The services will be provided both directly to surfers and via cooperation agreements with local Internet service providers and portals."
