ANKARA, June 10 (Reuters) - Turkish energy to construction company Enka Insaat ENKAI.IS and Korean Electric Power Corp (KEPCO) (015760.KS: Quote, Profile, Research) have bought the documents for a tender to build and operate Turkey's first nuclear power plant, an Energy Ministry official told Reuters on Tuesday."
