"Greek med group Hygeia buys Turkish hospital Safak
ATHENS, May 6 (Reuters) - Greek medical centre Hygeia (HYGr.AT: Quote, Profile, Research) said on Tuesday it agreed to buy a 50 percent stake in Turkish hospital group Safak for $48 million (31 million euros) as part of its expansion strategy.
Under the deal, Hygeia will have a majority on Safak's board."
