Important news buried in the papers recently paints a portrait of one of Turkey's biggest, but somehow quietest, challenges: Educating the next generation. My American son is a citizen of Turkey and his father and I hope he will flourish here with a state education. Our hope extends to his peers and his generation that they will benefit from education and employment plans that call for this government's urgent attention."
