Mass communication is gradually becoming more technical around the world. States especially use every kind of communication channel on the targeted audience in accordance with their own national strategies. Communication today is a part of a psychological war and one of the most important components of imperialist global communication, which is commonly defined as a �soft war.� So, despite our monstrous neglect, nearly 300 million soul brothers living in the region that stretches from Eastern Europe to the heart of Asia do fight a war of resistance to set aside the interaction of states that have targeted them through foreign culture in whatsoever and various strategies."
