Doing a rough calculation, there are about 500,000 seats for eating, drinking and entertainment in every category in Istanbul. In other words, these places can provide service to half a million persons simultaneously. The same number in Paris, whose population is about equal to Istanbul's, is three million. Concisely speaking the rate is one to six."
