"Akin to life and death
Fatih Akin's latest film delves more into family relations than culture clashes, writes Stephanie Bunbury.
PEOPLE talk about filmmakers "finding their voice". Fatih Akin's voice is a roar. Born in Hamburg to Turkish parents, the coke-loving, night-living rock'n'roll animal of European cinema is not a particularly perfect craftsman.
