Usas, an airline caterer owned by buyout firm Texas Pacific Group, will shut down its restaurants at Antalya Airport in south Turkey Dec. 14 after failing to reach an agreement with the airport's new operator, Fraport AG. Fraport, the owner of Frankfurt Airport, which won a contract in April to operate the airport in Antalya, the main tourist resort on Turkey's Mediterranean coast, with a bid of $3.2 billion."
