08 December 2007, 14:44 CET (BRUSSELS) - EU members quarrelled on Friday evening over Turkey, a frequent source of divisions, during preparations for a meeting of foreign ministers, several diplomats said. Representatives of the bloc's 27 members were trying to finalise a report due before the end of the year on all countries seeking to join the European Union, whether official candidates -- like Turkey and Croatia -- or not."
