A recent study has revealed that only 13 percent of Turkey's urban population puts aside a part of its income in savings. The study was conducted by the Association of Turkish Education Volunteers (TGEV) and Citibank Turkey and is titled 'Research on the Saving and Consuming Habits of Turkish Society.'"
