Associated Press writer Pauline Jelinek reported on Oct. 26, Friday, that U.S. Military commander Major General Benjamin Mixon said he plans to do absolutely nothing to stop the outlawed Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK) “rebels” in northern Iraq. This report certainly makes me stunned as well as many other Turkish-Americans. I would like to explain why major general's words are not acceptable. "
