"Turkey's Erdogan says some EU nations not doing enough to fight Kurdish rebels
ROME: A rebel Kurdish group in northern Iraq "must be eliminated," Turkey's premier said Wednesday, accusing some European nations of not cooperating enough with Ankara's fight against terrorism.
Recep Tayyip Erdogan claimed that "some (European) nations have not yet implemented adequate countermeasures" against the Kurdistan Workers' Party, or PKK — the group blamed for a spate of attacks that prompted Ankara to threaten a cross-border offensive against its bases in northern Iraq."
