Turkey is now moving towards the development of its competences in telecommunication: incentives for the research, a wider interaction between enterprises and universities and a growing opening to foreign investors. And also the creation, already started some years ago, of centres of technologic development, called Technopark, where local enterprises and foreign companies work together. These are the measures used for updating the technologic plants within the countries and give a constant support to the progress of telecommunication."
