Moody’s concurrently assigned a Turkish national scale rating of ‘Baa1.tr’ and a probability of default rating of ‘Ba3’ to the group. The outlook is stable. The ratings reflect Moody’s view that the company is reasonably positioned in the ‘Ba3’ rating category, and factors in some modest headroom for potential acquisitions."
