MILAN (Thomson Financial) - Seat Pagine Gialle SpA and the Turkish media and entertainment group Dogan Yayin Holding (DYH) signed the terms to set up a 50-50 joint venture aimed at developing multimedia online and paper-based directories in Turkey, according to a joint statement."
