ANKARA: Turkey’s army chief has said it was “never too late” to launch broad operations against Kurdish rebel bases in northern Iraq, a newspaper reported on Saturday. “I don’t think that it’s too late. It’s never too late,” general Yasar Buyukanit was quoted as saying by the Hurriyet daily."
