Or maybe Turkey is simply tired of being attacked by Kurdish rebels based in northern Iraq. Whatever the case, on Wednesday the Turkish legislature approved sending 60,000 soldiers and the accompanying arms into Iraq to deal with the Kurdistan Workers’ Party, or PKK."
